Palm mute
The palm mute is a playing technique by using the palm to keep a sound mute.
More precisely, you need to use the side of the hand below the little finger not your entire palm.
Use the following part in red color.
Place your right hand just before the guitar bridge and then press the strings lightly.
The level of the mute sounds varies depending on the location.
Please carefully look ant the following video.
Usually you need to keep it mute just before the bridge.
Chord progression
The chord progression is based on 1-5-6-2 (G-D-Em-C on the G key) that you have practiced most with an addition of a fifth degree chord.
The chord progression has the G# key and 2 bars of G#, 2 bars of D#, 2 bars of Fm, 1 bar of C# and 1 bar of D# are repeated.
Please read the tab score so that you can identify the locations of each chord.
